How to store your Lychees
- Lychees keep for up to 10 days if covered in plastic or in an air-tight container in the coldest part of your fridge.
- Lychees will discolour if not refrigerated and covered however the eating quality of the Lychees is unaffected.
- Lychees can be frozen for up to 6 months.

Delivery Details
How will my Lychees arrive?
Your Lychees will arrive delivered directly to your door packed in a sturdy chilled box. Lychees have a short shelf life and deteriorate quickly if not stored in the correct conditions. If they are left out in the heat they will begin to perish far quicker than if they are stored in the cool. For maximum shelf life, it is best to store them in your fridge within the gift box they arrived in.
Can I change or cancel my order once it has been dispatched?
We do not offer refunds for order cancellations once the order is dispatched. Changes to orders or delivery addresses can usually be accommodated if you notify us before the order has been processed and dispatched (generally around 12pm the day of your desired delivery date). We cannot contact delivery drivers to make alternate delivery arrangements once orders have left Lush Lychees Orchard.
Do I have to be home to accept delivery?
No, however, we recommend that you are available to accept delivery at your nominated address. If you or someone else is not available to accept delivery your parcel will be left at your front door, unless Australia Post deems it inappropriate to do so.
Lychees are highly perishable, so it is important that you receive them as quickly as possible and put them into refrigeration.
Lush Lychees is not responsible for misdelivered lychees where Australia Post has accepted receipt by someone at the nominated address. So you may need to inform someone of your impending special lychee delivery and ask them to store your lychees in a cool place.
When are the lychees posted out?
You must choose a delivery date when ordering, so orders placed in the week will be posted on the date provided, ensuring you receive them before the weekend. Be sure to collect your package as soon as it arrives and place into refrigeration.
Will my lychees be refrigerated during transit?
Yes, It is therefore important to make sure your fruit is refrigerated immediately after it has been received.
I live in WA, SA, TAS, or NT, can I still order lychees?
No, unfortunately, we do not ship to Tasmania, South Australia, Northern Territory or Western Australia due to quarantine restrictions.

To make sure our Lychees are as tasty as possible they are sent fresh. We cannot guarantee the type of Lychee sent out each week due to the ripeness and variety being picked at the time of ordering.
